Construction skills will continue to be in great demand in the coming years. This gives the construction industry, with ConstructionSkills' support, a real opportunity to achieve our mission for the industry of a fully skilled and qualified construction workforce.

We are very positive as we drive forward with the next phase in developing ConstructionSkills. Whilst we will all be challenged by the continual change and improvement that is required, we have a clear shared vision and a real chance to shape and deliver an exciting future.


		Working Together

		CITB-ConstructionSkills activities are spread across seven Directorates, each has a clearly defined scope and set of accountabilities. By achieving our vision we will deliver our mission for the industry. Each Directorate has clear accountabilities for delivery against this goal. We will work together effectively, not in isolation but as one organisation, in order to achieve success. We will also work effectively with other organisations and partners to deliver the mission.
