Step 1

Connect to the Internet and go to https://www.citb-levygrant.co.uk/

Step 2

Apply for your password - click on "Apply for Password"

Step 3

a.	Enter your CITB-ConstructionSkills Registration Number, Contact Form of Address, First Name, Last Name and Company e-mail Address in the boxes provided.
b.	Click on the Register button.

We will send your password to your business in a sealed document by post to ensure security.

Step 4

Once you have received your password, access the internet and go to https://www.citb-levygrant.co.uk/

a. Enter your Registration Number and Password in the boxes provided.

b. Click on "Log On to Service" and go to step 6.

c. To Change your password click and go to step 5

Step 5

To change your password

a. Enter your Registration Number, Current Password, New Password and then confirm your New Password in the boxes provided.

b. Click on the change button. Please note: Your password must be between 6 to 16 characters long It can only contain letters and/or numbers It cannot contain any special characters. It cannot be your Registration Number.

Step 6

Choose the service you wish to use

a. To enter a Levy Return go to step 7.

b. To display a Levy Balance click where shown.

Step 7

Click on the Levy Return year you wish to complete and go step 8.

Step 8

a	Complete all boxes. Click on the Section Note button for more information.
b	If you need to partially complete your Return and finish it later, click on the "Save and Complete Later" button. The System will remember the information you have put in and when you next log in it will be there for you.
c	Once you have completed the information click on the "Submit Form" button. Any input errors will be presented on screen for you to adjust.

After the information has been sent you will receive confirmation on screen that the Return has been received by CITB-ConstructionSkills. After your Levy Return has been processed by CITB-ConstructionSkills you will receive an e-mail confirming the details submitted.
