Training plans give you a picture of the skill levels and strengths within your company, and can help you decide where, and when, to focus your training.

After developing a training plan you will be able to claim grant for most training which benefits your business. This could range from construction training to accounting or computer training.

Grants are available for evening classes, short courses, and training required by legislation, such as the Health and Safety Test. In some cases, you can also claim grant for training sub-contractors.
